Ran 2.4 today. I was totally disappointed with my performance. I ran 15 mins ): Before my flu, i ran like a lot faster somemore i was super happy cos my stamina improved WTP. Sian i just recovered from flu then now my stamina sucks. I NEED PT!!! i hope my 5 items will be okay. NEXT TUESDAY!!!

i was supposed to bring coy tee then i thought i brought in the morning i still laugh at crystabelle for not bring or smt. LOL then in the end sigh... anyway guides today was... i am totally worried but whatever. I miss PLTC and miss the times when i am part of the activities doing it. Anyway I had PT today and almost died though i only ran a little. Stupid sia today's 2.4 really made me super tired.

After guides i went to KFC with weixin, tammy, xin tian, yiting, michelle and crystabelle. Talked and laughed a lot. i kind of miss them lol maybe is because very long didn't go eat with them after guides already. Anyway they made me miss the times i went back with yijia, madeline and shujun ): i miss the times when i went to eat dinner with peishan, kimberley and yizhen. Sigh time flies and it is going to be passing down soon. I think i didn't really do a very good job in guides but... talking about that, 团部 very messy now must pack soon. HAHAHAHA i love being random.

okay i need to go to school tomorrow for the cold war talk then got ACE project to do. i realise nowadays weekends are very filled with projects last week LA, last last week physics, this week ACE what's next.? i don't really like year 4 life though i think i look forward for year 5 life haha.
